Conjugation 실험을 위해 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.

LTA4H는 leukotriene A4 (LTA-4)의 epoxide기를 가수분해하여 leukotriene B4 (LTB-4)를 형성하는 효소입니다. 또한 일부 peptidase 활성을 가지고 있습니다.
