Target Information
Interleukin 9 (IL-9)는 활성화된 T helper 2 (Th2) 림프구에 의해 생성됩니다. IL-9은 B 및 T 림프구, 비만세포, 호산구, 상피세포 등 Th2 관련 천식 반응에 관여하는 다양한 세포를 조절합니다. Mouse IL-9 cDNA는 144개의 아미노산으로 구성된 전구 단백질을 암호화하며, 18개의 신호 펩타이드가 절단되어 분자량 14 kDa의 성숙 단백질이 형성됩니다. 천연 mouse IL-9은 고도로 당화되어 있으며, TGF-β는 Th2 세포를 재프로그래밍하여 IL-9을 분비하게 함으로써 Th9 세포의 분화를 유도하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
