Target Information

GPI-anchored HDL-binding protein 1 (Gpihbp1)는 지방이 세포로 전달되는 과정을 조절하는데 관여하는 새로운 단백질입니다. 소장에서 지방이 소화되어 킬로미크론으로 포장된 후 혈류를 통해 이동하며, GPIHBP1은 모세혈관에서 킬로미크론을 포획하고 lipoprotein lipase (LpL)와의 상호작용을 촉진합니다. GPIHBP1이 결여되면 혈중 지방의 대사가 제대로 이루어지지 않습니다.
