Target Information

KDR (FLK1, VEGFR2)는 type III receptor tyrosine kinase로서 혈관내피성장인자(VEGF)에 높은 친화성을 가지고 결합합니다. 발생 초기에 내피세포 전구체에서 발현되며, FLK1은 VEGF 수용체 중 하나로 kinase insert domain receptor로도 알려져 있습니다. 이 수용체의 신호 전달 및 trafficking은 Rab GTPase, P2Y purine nucleotide receptor, integrin αVβ3, T-cell protein tyrosine phosphatase 등 다양한 인자에 의해 조절됩니다. FLK1의 돌연변이는 영아 모세혈관 혈관종과 관련이 있습니다.
