This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to avoid contamination.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal production clones.

Target Information
IL-27 is a member of the IL-12 family, composed of the p40-related EBI3 protein and the IL-12p35-related p28 (IL-30) protein.
Produced by activated APCs and mature dendritic cells, IL-27 acts on NK cells and naïve CD4+ T cells. It also affects mast cells and monocytes via WSX-1/TCCR and gp130 receptors.
Binding to WSX-1/gp130 activates JAK1, STAT1, and STAT3 pathways. WSX-1-deficient mice show impaired Th1 responses and increased infection susceptibility, indicating IL-27’s role in initiating Th1 differentiation.
IL-27 induces T-bet and suppresses GATA-3, promoting Th1 differentiation and maintaining IL-12Rβ2 expression.
Recent studies show IL-27’s antitumor activity through CTL enhancement, tumor growth inhibition, and regression of neuroblastoma tumors.
