Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and have well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of human IgG targets. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing goats with pooled human immunoglobulins and further purified or modified via immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, or conjugation.
