For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The Golgi complex is essential for sorting and modifying proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum.
GOLM1 encodes a type II Golgi transmembrane protein involved in processing proteins synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and assisting in their transport through the Golgi apparatus.
Expression of this protein is upregulated in response to viral infection.
