CDC42를 통해 JNK1을 활성화하지만 RAC1은 활성화하지 않습니다. 또한 phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate, phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate, phosphatidylinositol 5-monophosphate, phosphatidylinositol 4-monophosphate 및 phosphatidylinositol 3-monophosphate에 결합합니다.
