The Ion Torrent™ Genexus™ Cell-Free Total Nucleic Acid Purification Kit is designed for use with the Genexus Purification System. It enables automated extraction and quantitation of total nucleic acid (TNA) from cell-free plasma isolated from whole blood. The kit supports four runs of up to six samples each, utilizing proven MagMAX™ technology for extraction and Qubit™ technology for post-extraction DNA quantitation.

Prefilled Reagents

Genexus Purification System용 소모품은 대부분의 시약이 사전 충전되어 있어, 시료당 최소한의 피펫팅만으로 실험 준비가 가능합니다. 단순히 포일을 제거하고, 결합 버퍼와 효소 및 시료를 추가한 뒤 장비에 로딩하면 됩니다.

Two Output Types: Archive Plate and NGS-ready Output Plate

추출 완료 후 모든 핵산은 자동으로 archive plate로 옮겨지며, 실험 종료 후 최대 1시간 동안 냉각 상태로 보관됩니다. 48웰 archive plate는 바코드가 부착되어 있어 여러 플레이트 간 시료 추적이 용이합니다.

Genexus Purification System이 Genexus Integrated Sequencer와 연결되어 통합 워크플로우로 작동할 경우, 추출된 핵산의 일부가 자동으로 NGS-ready 96웰 output plate로 이송되어 시퀀싱에 바로 사용됩니다.
