CD45RB는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 포스파테이스인 CD45 글리코프로테인의 한 형태입니다.
CD45는 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 하며, Src 계열 키나아제 조절을 통해 세포 생존을 촉진합니다.
또한 인테그린 매개 신호전달 경로 조절 및 세포자멸사(apoptosis) 중 DNA 절편화 과정에도 관여합니다.
CD45의 여러 아이소폼은 세포외 도메인 구조가 다르며, 세포 유형과 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다.
CD45RB는 미세아교세포(microglia) 및 염증세포에서 발현됩니다.
CD45는 인간 조혈계 세포 대부분에서 발현되며, 성숙 적혈구에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
