Assay Principle

GoStix Plus assays utilize a lateral flow-based detection method combined with a smartphone application for data acquisition.

1. Apply 20 μl of sample and 80 μl of chase buffer to a GoStix cassette.
2. Wait 10 minutes for test and control bands to develop.
3. Scan the cassette using the GoStix Plus app to quantify cytokine concentration.
