Rapid Quantification of Human Cytokines

Assay Principle
GoStix Plus assays utilize a lateral flow-based detection method combined with a smartphone application for data acquisition.
- Apply 20 μl of sample and 80 μl of chase buffer to a GoStix cassette.
- Wait 10 minutes for test and control bands to develop.
- Scan the cassette using the GoStix Plus app to quantify cytokine concentration.
