For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NR2E3 (Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 2 Group E Member 3) is involved in regulating photoreceptor cell development and differentiation in the retina.
Mutations in NR2E3 are associated with retinal disorders such as hereditary retinal dysplasia and degeneration, and retinitis pigmentosa.
NR2E3 is expressed in the retina and has been detected in cancerous tissues of human lung, colon, and ovary, as well as in normal eye tissue.
Two alternatively spliced isoforms have been identified.
