Target Information
FATE1 유전자는 cancer-testis 항원으로, 간세포암 및 기타 종양에서 높게 발현되며, 정상 조직에서는 고환을 제외하고 낮게 발현됩니다. 단백질은 정세관 내의 정원세포, 일차 정모세포 및 Sertoli 세포에서 강하게 발현되며, 초기 고환 분화와 세포 증식 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
