CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM 서열을 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소의 결합 부위를 제공합니다.
혈관 내피세포 접합부에 주로 존재하며, 세포 간 상호작용, 통과 이동, 혈관신생, 세포사멸 및 면역반응 조절 등 다양한 생리적 기능에 관여합니다.
CD31은 혈관계의 핵심 조절 인자 중 하나입니다.
