Goat anti-Dog IgM polyclonal antibody recognizes canine IgM and shows no cross-reactivity with other canine immunoglobulin classes in immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA. Goat anti-Dog IgM may cross-react with IgM from other species.

Target Information

Anti-Canine secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for canine (dog) immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
