Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins.
They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets and provide versatility for multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence).
These antibodies enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins, then purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
