For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SERPINB3 may act as a papain-like cysteine protease inhibitor that modulates host immune response against tumor cells.
Also functions as an inhibitor of UV-induced apoptosis via suppression of c-Jun NH(2)-terminal kinase (JNK1) activity. [UniProt]
