Dynein-dynactin 및 MAD1-MAD2 복합체가 kinetochore에 결합하는 데 필요하며, 방추체 조립 기구와 관련된 기능은 mitotic RZZ complex 내 결합에 의존하는 것으로 제안됩니다.
