Target Information
ATP 의존성 칼슘 펌프는 세포질 내 자유 칼슘 농도를 낮게 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 세포 내 소기관에 존재하는 ATP 펌프는 구조적으로 유사한 효소군으로, 근소포체 또는 소포체 칼슘 ATPase(SERCA)로 불립니다.
SERCA2 유전자는 조직 특이적 처리에 의해 SERCA2a(근육 특이적, 골격근·심근·평활근 발현)와 SERCA2b(모든 세포 유형에 발현)로 구분됩니다.
SERCA3는 SERCA2b와 함께 혈소판, 비만세포, 림프구, 상피세포 등에서 발현되어 비근육형 SERCA로 알려져 있습니다.
