Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 상온에서 동결건조 분말 형태로 배송되며, 도착 즉시 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일간 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 저장하십시오. 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피해야 합니다. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 원심분리(10,000 × g, 5분) 후 사용하십시오.
Target Information
TRPV1(Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily V Member 1)은 캡사이신(capsaicin)에 반응하는 수용체로, 통증 감각을 유발하는 비선택적 양이온 채널입니다. TRPV1은 TRPC3, TRPC6 등 TRP 계열 채널과 구조적으로 유사하며, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 나트륨, 칼륨 등의 이온을 투과시킵니다. 6개의 막관통 도메인, P-loop 막 도메인, 3개의 ankyrin 반복 도메인을 포함하고 있습니다. 고온 자극에 의해 활성화되며 통증성 열 자극의 전달에 관여합니다. TRPV1은 주로 감각 신경절의 뉴런에서 발현되며, Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) 및 Bladder Disease와 관련이 있습니다.
