Target Information
HYOU1는 heat shock protein 70 계열에 속하는 단백질로, ER 내 단백질 접힘과 분비에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이 단백질의 억제는 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 가속화시키며, 저산소 유도 세포 손상에 대한 세포 보호 기능을 가진 것으로 제안됩니다. 또한 HYOU1은 특히 유방 종양에서 상향 조절되어 종양 침습성과 관련이 있습니다. 신호 펩타이드가 없는 이 단백질은 세포질에서 housekeeping 기능을 수행하며, rat에서는 ER과 미토콘드리아 모두에 위치합니다.
