- For maximum recovery, spin prior to use.
- Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use original packaging until exhausted.
- For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (not below 20 µL).

Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2) is a member of the JAK kinase family that plays structural and catalytic roles in type I interferon (IFN) signaling, contributing to antiviral immunity. Mutations in TYK2 are associated with hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome (HIES), a primary immunodeficiency characterized by elevated serum IgE.
