Etanercept (상품명 Enbrel)은 류머티즘 관절염, 소아 특발성 관절염, 건선성 관절염, 판상 건선, 강직성 척추염 치료에 사용되는 FDA 승인 약물입니다.
Etanercept는 두 개의 인간 75 kDa TNF 수용체가 IgG1 Fc 부분과 결합된 융합 단백질로, TNF-α 억제제로 작용하여 자가면역 질환을 완화합니다.
Anti-Etanercept Antibody (4H1), mAb, Mouse는 Etanercept로 면역된 마우스의 B-림프구와 융합하여 얻은 하이브리도마에서 생산됩니다.
