Target Information
LAMP2 (Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2, CD107b)는 막 글라이코프로틴 계열의 단백질로, 리소좀의 보호, 유지 및 융합 과정에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 선택적 형태의 자가포식(chaperone-mediated autophagy)을 모니터링하는 데 사용됩니다.
LAMP2는 약 46 kDa의 폴리펩타이드로 합성되며, 다양한 N- 및 O-연결 당쇄로 광범위하게 당화되어 최종 분자량은 약 100–130 kDa입니다.
세 가지 변이형(LAMP-2A, -2B, -2C)이 존재하며, CD107a/LAMP-1과 함께 리소좀 막의 주요 구성 요소로 작용합니다. LAMP2 결핍은 자가포식소체 축적 및 Danon’s disease와 같은 근육병증을 유발할 수 있습니다.
