Target Information
GBA3, 또는 cytosolic beta-glucosidase (EC 3.2.1.21)는 주로 간에서 발현되는 효소로, beta-D-glucoside 및 beta-D-galactoside를 효율적으로 가수분해하지만, 알려진 생리적 beta-glycoside에는 작용하지 않습니다. 이는 식물 글리코사이드의 해독 과정에 관여할 가능성을 시사합니다. 또한 GBA3는 중성 glycosylceramidase 활성(EC 3.2.1.62)을 가지며, glucosylceramide 대사의 비리소좀성 분해 경로에 관여할 수 있습니다.
