Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)는 점막 관련 T 림프구와 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 분자로, 150kDa α-체인과 120kDa β-체인으로 구성된 인테그린 계열 단백질입니다. ITGAE는 세포외 도메인에서 번역 후 절단되어 이황화 결합된 heavy/light 체인을 형성하며, β7 인테그린과 결합하여 E-cadherin 결합 인테그린(human mucosal lymphocyte-1 antigen)을 구성합니다. CD103은 인간 장내 상피내 림프구(IEL)에 주로 발현되며, 접착 및 IEL 활성화에 관여합니다. CD103 기능 이상은 hairy cell leukemia 및 splenic marginal zone lymphoma와 관련이 있습니다.
