Target Information
HIPK3는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 신호전달 및 세포 간 통신, 종양의 다약제 내성과 관련되어 있으며 FADD의 인산화를 조절합니다. HIPK3는 FADD 인산화를 촉진하여 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 억제하고, 안드로겐 수용체 매개 전사를 강화하며 NK homeodomain 전사인자의 전사 공동억제자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
