Target Information
ZNF326 is a core component of the DBIRD complex, which acts at the interface between core mRNP particles and RNA polymerase II (RNAPII). It integrates transcript elongation with regulation of alternative splicing, affecting local elongation rates and splicing of exons in (A + T)-rich DNA regions. It may play a role in neuronal differentiation and can bind DNA to activate expression in vitro. [UniProt]
