Target Information
CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL3 (also known as GRO alpha, GRO beta, and GRO gamma) belong to the CXC chemokine family. These proteins bind with high affinity to the IL-8 receptor type B and act as potent neutrophil attractants and activators. Processed forms of GRO-alpha (4–73), (5–73), and (6–73) exhibit approximately 30-fold higher chemotactic activity.
