Target Information
Tight junction proteins (TJPs) are membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) homologs involved in organizing epithelial and endothelial intercellular junctions. TJPs bind to the cytoplasmic C-termini of junctional transmembrane proteins and link them to the actin cytoskeleton.
