B cell Lymphoma 3 (Bcl-3)는 IkB 서브패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, NF-kB 전사 인자 패밀리의 일원입니다. NF-kB 구성 요소의 농도 균형은 활성화된 T 세포의 세포사멸 및 생존을 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
Bcl-3는 p50 homodimer의 세포질 활성화, 핵으로의 이동, 전사 기구 조절 등 다양한 기능을 수행하며, Tip60, Jab1, Bard1, Pirin 등의 핵 내 상호작용 단백질과 함께 작용합니다.
