Target Information
HBEGF는 EGFR, ERBB2 및 ERBB4를 통해 작용하는 성장 인자로, 정상적인 심장 판막 형성과 심장 기능에 필수적입니다. 평활근 세포 증식을 촉진하며, 대식세포 매개 세포 증식에도 관여할 수 있습니다. 섬유아세포에 대해 유사분열 활성을 가지며, EGF보다 EGFR에 더 높은 친화성을 보입니다. 또한 디프테리아 독소 수용체로 작용합니다.
