For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The GIMAP4 gene encodes a protein belonging to the GTP-binding superfamily and the immuno-associated nucleotide (IAN) subfamily of nucleotide-binding proteins. This protein may be negatively regulated by T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia 1 (TAL1). In humans, IAN subfamily genes are located in a cluster at 7q36.1.
