Invitrogen™ MagniSort™ Human CD8 Naïve T Cell Enrichment Kit

The MagniSort™ Human CD8 Naïve T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed for the magnetic separation of CD8 naïve T cells by negative selection. It is optimized for the isolation of human CD8 naïve T cells from normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells using a biotinylated antibody cocktail and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads.

Undesired cells are bound by the antibody and magnetic beads; when placed in a magnetic field, these unwanted cells are retained, leaving CD8 naïve T cells untouched and free in solution.
