Target Information
Caldesmon은 평활근 및 비근육 세포의 수축에 관여하는 발달 조절 단백질입니다. 인간 Caldesmon은 두 가지 변형체(h-caldesmon: 120–150 kDa, l-caldesmon: 70–80 kDa)가 존재하며, 각각 평활근과 비근육 조직에 주로 발현됩니다. 두 변형체 모두 골격근에서는 검출되지 않습니다.
