Target Information
IkB-alpha는 NF-κB 활성을 억제하는 40 kDa 단백질로, 세포질에서 NF-κB 이합체와 결합하여 핵 내 이동을 차단합니다. TNF-α, IL-1β, PMA, LPS, UV 등 다양한 자극에 의해 IkB-alpha가 분해되면 NF-κB가 활성화되어 유전자 발현을 유도합니다. IkB-alpha의 Ser32 및 Ser36 잔기는 IKKα에 의해 인산화되어 분해가 유도되며, 이는 NF-κB 신호 경로 활성화에 필수적입니다. IKK 복합체는 IKKα, IKKβ, IKKγ의 세 가지 서브유닛으로 구성되어 있으며, 각각 IkB 인산화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
