Product Specific Information

• Each lot is tested for sensitivity using ELISA and specificity by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
• Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
• Centrifuge to remove particulates and prepare fresh working dilution daily.
• Store lyophilized material at 2–8°C.
• For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
• No reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin mouse serum immunoglobulins based on immunoelectrophoresis.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize mouse immunoglobulins.
They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins and provide versatility across multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Signal amplification enhances sensitivity as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified for high specificity.
