Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) before use.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the PP2C family of Ser/Thr protein phosphatases, which are negative regulators of cell stress response pathways.
PPM1B dephosphorylates cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and may play a role in cell cycle control. Overexpression can induce cell-growth arrest or cell death.
Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. Some additional variants have been described but do not represent full-length sequences.
