Target Information
MON1A is a cytosolic protein that peripherally associates with the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It plays an important role in membrane trafficking through the secretory apparatus, affecting multiple steps in ER-to-Golgi transport. MON1A encodes several isoforms with molecular weights of approximately 62, 55, 45, and 34 kDa.
