Target Information
USP10 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 10) is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases. It catalyzes the cleavage of ubiquitin from ubiquitin-conjugated substrates such as p53/TP53, SNX3, and CFTR. USP10 is a component of DNA-bound androgen receptor complexes and may regulate their activity. It also plays a key role in p53/TP53 stability and acts as a tumor suppressor.
