- OSR00085W can be used with blocking peptide GST00014P.
- The peptide is homologous in rat, mouse, bovine, rabbit, and chicken TRPC1.
Target Information
Thought to form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel.
Probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors.
Seems to be also activated by intracellular calcium store depletion.
Interacts with ITPR3. Appears to be ubiquitous.
