For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Human thyroglobulin (hTg) is a high molecular weight glycoprotein (605 kDa) found in thyroid follicular cells. It plays a key role in the uptake, incorporation, and biosynthesis of thyroid hormones T4 and T3.
Anti-thyroglobulin autoantibodies are associated with autoimmune thyroid diseases such as Hashimoto thyroiditis and Graves’ disease, and are also characteristic of thyroid cancer. Measurement of anti-hTG levels can be useful for patient follow-up.
