Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Common beta chain is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is the common beta chain of the high-affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5, and CSF.
Defects in this gene have been reported to be associated with pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP).
