Target Information
SCRN2는 secernin 단백질 패밀리의 구성원으로, SCRN1과 유사한 단백질을 포함합니다. SCRN1은 복강 비만세포의 배출 조절에 관여하는 것으로 처음 확인되었습니다. SCRN2에 대해서는 알려진 바가 적지만, SCRN1이 위암에서 종양 관련 항원으로 작용하며 대장암 환자에서 높은 발현이 나쁜 예후와 연관된다는 연구 결과가 있습니다. 따라서 SCRN2 또한 단백질 분비 또는 세포 성장 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
