Target Information

V5 epitope tag는 원래 시미안 바이러스(SV5)의 P 및 V 단백질에 존재하는 작은 epitope(Pk)에서 유래하였으며, 일반적으로 14개의 아미노산(GKPIPNPLLGLDST)으로 구성되어 있으나, 9개의 아미노산(IPNPLLGLD)로도 사용됩니다.
