Target Information
Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (Ins(1,4,5)P3)는 세포 내 저장소로부터 칼슘을 방출하여 세포 내 칼슘 수준을 조절합니다. Ins(1,4,5)P3는 inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinase (IP3K)에 의해 인산화되어 inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate (Ins(1,4,5)P4)를 형성하며, 이는 세포막을 통한 칼슘 유입 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
IP3K는 세 가지 isoform(IP3KA, IP3KB, IP3KC)으로 존재하며, IP3KA는 뇌와 고환에서 주로 발현되고, IP3KB는 폐, 흉선, 고환, 뇌, 심장 등 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다. IP3K 활성은 calmodulin 존재 하에서 여러 kinase에 의해 인산화되어 inositol phosphate 신호전달 경로를 매개합니다.
