Invitrogen™ Qtracker™ 705 Cell Labeling Kit
The Qtracker™ 705 Cell Labeling Kit uses a custom targeting peptide to deliver near-infrared-fluorescent Qdot™ 705 nanocrystals into the cytoplasm of live cells. These kits are designed for loading cultured cells with highly fluorescent nanocrystals that provide intense, stable fluorescence traceable through multiple generations and are not transferred to adjacent cells.

Product Description
Qtracker™ kits deliver Qdot™ nanocrystals into the cytoplasm via a peptide-mediated mechanism that is not enzyme-dependent, allowing broad cell-type compatibility. Delivery typically completes within 1 hour.
The nanocrystals maintain intense fluorescence under various biological conditions, including changes in pH, temperature, and metabolic activity. Using Qtracker™ 655, 705, or 800 kits helps avoid autofluorescence in cells or tissues.
Long-Lasting, Targeted Signal
Qtracker™ labels resist photobleaching and degradation under continuous illumination. They are retained through at least six cell generations and can remain visible for up to a week in some cell lines. The labels do not leak into adjacent cells, making them ideal for long-term studies of cell motility, migration, differentiation, and morphology.
Monitoring Platforms
Labeled cells can be analyzed using:
- Flow cytometry
- Fluorescence/confocal microscopy
- Fluorescence microplate readers
- High-content imaging systems
Minimal Impact on Live Cells
