Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
DECR1 acts as an auxiliary enzyme in beta-oxidation and is involved in the metabolism of unsaturated fatty enoyl-CoA esters with double bonds in both even- and odd-numbered positions. It catalyzes the NADP-dependent reduction of 2,4-dienoyl-CoA to yield trans-3-enoyl-CoA.
