Sirtratumab은 SLITRK6를 표적으로 하는 바이오시밀러 항체입니다.
SLIT and NTRK-like family 6 (Slitrk6)는 여섯 개의 상동성 막단백질(Slitrk1–6)로 구성된 단백질 패밀리의 일원으로, 세포외 도메인에 두 개의 보존된 leucine-rich repeat 도메인을 가지고 있으며, 축삭 성장 조절 단백질인 Slit 및 trk neurotrophin 수용체와 유사성을 가집니다.
Slitrk 단백질은 주로 신경 및 뇌종양 조직에서 발현되며, Slitrk6는 혀, 폐, 위장관, 췌장 등에서도 발현이 관찰됩니다.
Slitrk1을 제외한 다른 Slitrk 단백질과 마찬가지로, Slitrk6의 과발현은 배양된 뉴런에서 신돌기 성장 억제를 유도하여 신돌기 성장 조절에 관여함을 시사합니다. Slitrk6에는 최소 두 가지 이소폼이 존재하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
