Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies increase versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
